Hayley Caruthers, is a certified nurse midwife. She has dreamt of being a midwife since high school. She is committed to being with woman throughout their pregnancy birth and beyond.
Born and raised locally in Chandler, Arizona, Shannon graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry in 2019.
She graduated with her Masters in Nurse-Midwifery from the University of Cincinnati and previously worked as an L&D nurse for the last 5 years in a high-risk unit.
Feeling empowered by her own birthing experience, and wanting to make a difference for other women, she decided to pursue her education in women’s health and maternal newborn care.
